Ship Store & Parts Department Associate 

Marina Parts Department Job Opening


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Ship Store & Parts Department Associate at our marina. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Service Department & customers with their parts and accessory needs, as well as maintaining inventory levels and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customers With Selecting and Purchasing Parts and Accessories
  • Maintain Accurate Inventory Levels and Reorder Stock As Needed
  • Keep the Parts Department Clean and Organized
  • Process Customer Transactions and Handle Cash and Credit Card Payments
  • Lead Day-to-Day Operations at the Marina

Requirements: 

  • Experience in a Retail or Customer Service Environment
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Items
  • Familiarity With Marine Equipment and Parts a Plus
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
